1) Coating Unit:

In the above mentioned product the sheet-fed offset (HEIDELBERG) is used as a feeder and there is a portable pneumatic coater which is directly attached to the blanket cylinder of the offset printing machine. In the coating system the UV or water based varnish is pumped between the chrom and the rubber roller and is pressed pneumatically against the blanket cylinder of the offset machine. As far as damping rollers, plate cylinders and ink duct is concerned they are totally untouched during the coating process hence print ability of the offset printing machine is maintained and is capable of printing at any moment of the time with small change over time.

2) UV Curing Unit:

The UV curing system is directly attached to the delivery part of the offset printing machine, having suction bed equipped with I.R and UV lamps for curing water and UV based varnishes respectively.
